| Concept Impressive for a TV-based game. There actually is a storyline, and it's not half-bad either. The three-character idea also works very well, and adds some variety to the game. Score: 5/5 Graphics Again, it's a pleasant surprise. They use a comic-looking style and it works well for Spongebob. However, the graphics still seem a little bit rough around the edges. Score: 4/5 Sound Some of the voice acting doesn't sound much like the TV characters, but it's still nice to have. The background music sounds like it belongs in a Spongebob game. Score: 4/5 Playability The game plays really well, with the controls working nicely. The only thing is that some of the later levels are very difficult, bordering on impossible. But they are fun. Score: 4/5 Entertainment It really is a fun game. Fans of the show will enjoy the familiar characters, and many of the worlds will be easily recognized, from Jellyfish Fields to Rock Bottom. Score: 5/5 Replay Value Moderate. It might be fun for another playthrough, but there won't be much new stuff. It'll take a while to get through the first time though. Score: 3/5 OVERALL: 8.3/10 |
