| Concept Ocarina of Time (OoT) is one of the most popular and famous Zelda titles, and one of Link's biggest adventures. This port (a game brought from one system to another) is an excellent way for fans of the original to get to play through it again, or for those who never got to play this amazing game before. It also includes OoT: Master Quest, Ocarina of Time but with new dungeon layouts and challenges. Score: 5/5 Graphics It's not fair to judge a Nintendo 64 port's graphics against those of Gamecube, but they aren't as impressive now as they were then. Score: 4/5 Sound The soundtrack is just one more of the amazing parts of this game. Each area's background music is incredible, Gerudo Valley being one of my favorites, and the sound effects are excellent. Score: 5/5 Playability The control is perfect, the weapons and items are easily used. Everything is great. Score: 5/5 Entertainment Fun, fun, fun. It will keep you occupied for a very long time with all of its dungeons to explore, places to go, characters to meet, and secrets to find. Score: 5/5 Replay Value High. I've said it in my other Zelda reviews, you can play these games over and over without getting bored. And Master Quest adds to the replay value with its remade (and slightly more challenging) dungeons! Score: 5/5 OVERALL: 9.7/10 |
