Welcome to TCM's: CAST YOUR VOTE! program. This program was made for giving out awards and instead of just me deciding, the visitors get to! You can submit your site for voting and if it gets chosen, people will have the chance to view it and vote for it! There will be 4 or 5 nominees and after about 30 people or so vote, I'll declare the winner! And don't be discouraged if you don't make it the first time, try again. I'll also post the runners up and the winner will go down in my special links section that I have yet to name ^_^() This program is new and I can't wait to start the voting! The first time I tried this out it didn't work so well cuz I was just too busy. NEwayz, here are the simple rules if you want to apply:     
1. Your site must be anime related (SM preferabaly)
         2. Have a friendly attitude           and 
3. Absolutely NO HENTAI (nasty stuff)
