*wohoo* I finally got around to updating this one. Want more? Alright..

Title.. A Separate Peace
Author.. John Knowles.
Rating.. **** [four stars]

Summary..
Firstly, we meet Gene Forrester as he returns, 15 years later, to the old school that he once called home. From there, we get a flashback fifteen years to Gene's senior year in HS. He attends a New England boys' school during WWII. With a great, underlying antiwar message surrounding his best friend, Phineas, this book is a delight.

Comments..
I read this one for AP English. It's simply a masterpiece. The first chapter will have you snoring, but the last two will have you in tears. It gradually gets better, and it really grows on you. I loved it.

Comments..
Even though through all of the odd accents spoken, it gets kind of confusing, this is one of the best books I've read in a while. Hope ya enjoy it as much as I did!

Comments..
I normally hate science fiction, but this I loved. The storyline was so real and vivid. I could really relate and get into this book, a rarity among the total piles of books that I have. It may begin a bit confusing, but as you go.. the plot just thickens. I llllloooooovvvvveeeedd it!
