As mentioned in the intro already, Wings of a Dragon is a web ring for writing sites and personal sites that contain writings. I have often looked for nice writing sites and this ring is a try to make looking for them easier for you, and for me, heh. However, this is not an elite ring.






required
  • you have to have writings (poems, prose, anything written) on your site, and consider them an important part of your content
  • decent design, something that shows that you care about your site
  • nothing copied; that goes for your writings as well as for your graphics, etc.
  • when you submit your site, please submit your favorite writing (written by you), we will give you full credit of course
  • you have to put the code on your site as soon as possible, and keep it up all the time

By law, we cannot collect personal information on anyone under the age of 13. Because of this we do not allow anyone 13 or under to Join a RingSurf Net Ring, or become a Ringmaster, and thus we are forced to ask you to specify your birthdate. If you are under the age of 14, you may not become a member of RingSurf. You may use the Ring Directory and use any existing ring, you just may not start a new ring, or add your website to an existing ring.
