     Hey, my updates are getting earlier and earlier! That's good, right?! =)

     Well, let me give you an update. Thursday I was suppose to see my bf after work. We were suppose to go to the gym together, but something came up at work and he got out late. After that I didn't hear from him until 3am this morning.

     OK, so Friday I go with my mom to her dental appointment. They found out that the little bone that was bothering her was actually a loose bone that she got from her extraction. They took it out and now she feels better. After the dentist appointment she wanted to walk awhile before taking the bus so that the local anesthesia will wear off a bit. We walk and walk and then suddenly she decided to walk home from there (we started on 24th and 1st and is on 3rd Ave.) After awhile, we decided to catch the bus on 8th and 3rd Ave by the Village Karaoke. After shopping in Chinatown we headed home.

     Later that nite, Steven calls me and tells me that his dad got laid off. What sad news. His dad's been a janitor at the school for over 5 years. Something about him getting the highest pay there so they had to let him go and keep the newbies who got paid less. Its a good thing Steven got his dad a little "gig" to hold him off until his dad's friend gets him another job. That's when I told Steven that he's changed and is improving. That he is AT LEAST thinking about his dad. But then again, I added, that he's also doing this b/c he knows if he doesn't he will have to provide the rent and expenses, which I know he's too cheap to do... besides, he does not make enough to cover all the expenses. lol, he thanked me for putting him down again. =D

     I was on the fone with Steven and trying to chat and pay my bills online all at the same time at around 3am, suddenly my bf's home fone number shows up on my cell. I'm surprised! So I pick up his line. Turns out that he quit his NJ gig and came home. He was really depressed, upset, and stressed. I felt so bad that I could not help him. He asked me if I had anything to do but I had to wait for the cable guy. So the plan was to wait for the guy to get here and then go out with him.

     Today I woke up at 11:30a to shower and get ready to wait for the cable guy. Suddenly my bf calls and tells me that "Pops" (a well known entertainment promoter) called him and wants him to help out with DJing. So obviously he's really happy b/c this is a good opportunity to get to know some professionals and maybe some celebrities who will see what a great talent he has. He's all excited, but does not want to take the time away from me. He invites me! I was so happy! We made all the plans. I wait for the cable guy to get here, do my laundry, pack up a bag, and go meet him. He gets his equipment ready and waits for me to get ready. Everything all set! So we thought.

     My time slot for the cable guy is 12-4pm. 4pm comes around and the guy is still not here! So I give the guy another hour to get here. In the meantime I go and do my laundry. My bf calls me and he can't get his equipment from storage b/c there wasn't enough time and no transportation. Someone backed out on lending him their equipment. So my bf calls "Pops" back and tells him that he might not be able to do it b/c of lack of equipment. At this point my bf is very disappointed b/c a great opportunity just slipped by him.

     Suddenly, the cable guy showed up at 6pm!! So he comes in and changes my cable box and leaves. Thank god that didn't take too long! After I was done with laundry I called my bf on his cell. No answer. An hour later I called him at home. Turns out he was charging his fone and it was not ringing. That's when he discovers that "Pops" called him a few times. After calling Pops back he calls me back and tells me the good news. He's talking with no pauses and is very excited. I couldn't help myself but smile! =) I love knowing he's so excited and happy. I wish I was there to see his face! =) (Note: I came back from the kitchen. I asked my sister how her day was, if she had fun. Her answer was, "yeah". My mom says I didn't go out and I sound more happier than my sister did! lol You see how happy I am?! =D)

     So anyway, my bf still wanted me to go with him. And I do too. I get to go with him, be with him, and then go back to his place and we can play... well you know what... LOL ;-) But I knew he had to be there on time and I didn't want to carry my bag with me all the way over there. With all the waiting and waiting I did today, I just felt really tired. So I suggested we see each other tomorrow. Awww... I miss him! lol... But I'll see him tomorrow! At least I get to sleep a little more for work tomorrow.

     Oh yeah! Tomorrow I get my old computer back! My co-worker Mike looked at the computer for me. He fixed it and then added a whole lot of shit on there. Even memory and storage. That's nice! I get a nice and cleaned computer tomorrow!! =)

     Only one sad thing tho. Friday nite I spent a couple of hours emailing clients from home to tell them about our Open House on Sunday. There were no replies. That's sad. I guess with no replies in the past the customers didn't bother this time.
