Rules

These rules may be added to or changed at any time.  Members will be notified of any changes, applicants will have to check the updates/here to find out.

1. Absolutely NO copying of other people's original characters.  If I see a Hino Rei or an Ash Ketchum or anything that belongs to someone else, you will be automatically rejected.  This RPG, as most all are, is for creating your own
unique character.  I don't even want to see attacks that take from the original series.

2. No god-moding.  This means you can't be all powerful, all popular, all beautiful.  There are flaws in everyone, admitted or not, and these characters are part of that everyone.  They should be human, three-dimentional people, not flat, perfect people.  And that also means taking at least MOST of the hits dealt to you.  You don't have to get hit all the time, but you can't possibly dodge every hit.

3. Don't harass the members or GM.  Don't ask us everyday how your application is doing and when you're a member, don't go sending chain letters around or flaming us for being "mean."  We all try to be as nice and fair as we can.

4. Don't use other people's characters without their permission.  You can make a character turn their head, perhaps, to pay attention to something or little things like that (rule of thumb: if you're not sure, ask), but you can't use someone else's character for pages and pages.  On that same note...

5. Don't make up romantic/friendly/unfriendly relations with other characters without consulting the other party.  Your character can have a crush on another character, sure, but don't go into some long involved history linking people together just because you feel like it or "because of their past lives together."  This isn't their past lives, they should be totally different people.

6. Don't make up your own senshi.  Well, make up your own Sol senshi, but I don't want to see Sailor Leo or Sailor Sirius because you want them in the game.  Respect the theme and what was created, don't be rude to us by disregarding it.  It's just not called for.

7. Along the same lines, play the character you made.  If I see serious shifts in personality or attacks or anything else, you had better have cleared it with us or taken yourself out of the game and re-applied.

8. At the moment, you will only be allowed one character.  This cast will probably be smaller than most, so I want the most variety of players as there can be.  This may change if people aren't applying.

9. Your results will be posted only as the part of the key that you got (accepted, revise, reject) but also the parts that we see you need to fix.  If you want a full going-through of your application, ask us and we'll collect all the comments and email them to you.

10.  This RPG is rated PG-13/R.  There might be some gore, some innuendoes, some foul language.  But don't go overboard, we don't need excessive description on stuff like kissing or gore.  There will be NO HENTAI (in-story sex).  You may make an innuendo (hint) but don't go and describe the full thing out.  We don't need to hear it.

11. Please try to post at least once every two weeks.  If you're going away or something's happened where you need to leave your character with us, tell us, please, and have someone take care of your character while you're away.  If you remain inactive for over a month, we're going to have to make sure you're okay and if we don't get a reply within reasonable time, we will have to put your character back open.  It's just common courtesy and we want to make sure that this RPG doesn't get slowed down by inactive members.

12.  When posting, write in third-person, past tense.  "She went to the the store" as apposed to "I'm going to the store".  So that all the posts fit together.  Otherwise, it gets weird...

13. When you're accepted, please get your own location for a character page.  I can host really plain ones (like text and maaybe a background color), but if you want to have a really cool character page, you're going to have get your own place.  And there are plenty of places that will host them for free...

I don't like this being a rule, so I'll just make it a suggestion (a very strong suggestion) : HAVE FUN!  This is recreational!  Don't bend yourself into knots over it!  Just relax, get into your character, and enjoy!
