The fuku consists of a tiara, which is a plain gold circlet which tips a little bit up in the front with a primary-colored jewel in the center of the forehead. Around their neck is a primary colored choker. The sailor bib/collar is the senshi's primary color, with no stripes or other accents. On the senshi's shoulders, there are bubbles in their secondary color followed by a puff of their primary color. The front bow is in their secondary colour and has a gold star-shaped broach holding it on, with the senshi's planetary symbol in/over the star. Their white gloves are from the elbow down and have two primary-colored puffs at the elbow. The bodice is plain and white and leads down to a V-shaped skirt-roll in white with their planetary symbol on the tip of the V. The back bow leads down to about their bottoms, or about half way down the skirt, and is in their secondary color. The skirt falls about 7/8ths of the way down the thigh, and is in only their primary color. The shoes are up to the creator.
Please be creative with the shoes, colors or any fuku changes. We don't want to start to see the same nine senshi emerging over again.
