The Heroes

Presley Carnavon/Prince Rapses: The son of the mighty Pharoah Amenhoetpe 3500 years ago. Prince Rapses and his guardians were killed by the king's vizir, Scarab in his attempt to become the next Pharaoh. The spirit of Prince Rapses was reborn inside twelve year old Presley who lives with his mother in San Fransisco. Presley was lured to the Rapses exhibt by Scarab, where the mummies awakened to his cries for help. While Presley remains out of most fights, he uses his Boomer-Ra to defend himself when necessary.

Ja-Kal: As leader of the mummies, Ja-Kal was one of Egypt's greatest hunters 3500 years ago. When transformed, Ja-Kal's armor resembles that of a hawk, which also allows him the power of flight via a pair of golden wings. He uses a golden bow and magic fire arrows to defend the life of his prince. Ja-Kal views Presley as a son, often watching over him like...ahem...a hawk. When Ja-Kal died, he left behind his wife, Tia, and their baby son, Papchet.

Rath:Trained in Sciene and Magic, Rath represents the brains of the team. He became Rapses Tutor and Amenhoetpe's Scribe, having to leave his former pupil Chontra. When tranformed, Rath's armor resembles that of a cobra. A long curved sword with a snake carved in its handle serves as his weapon, along with a variety of magic and such. Rath's belief in Brain over Braun has sometimes put him at odds with his teamates.

Nefer-Tina: Pretending to be a boy so she could drive chariots, Nefer-Tina was known to her companions in life as Nefer. Only the young Prince Rapses knew the truth about her, and Presley unknowingly revealed her secret to the shock of her teamates. When transformed, Nefer-Tina's armor resembles that of a cat's. A magic whip aides her in protecting the prince from Scarab's forces. Agile and spirited, Nefer-Tina has a need for fun and speed, driving both the mummies Hot-Ra as well her own motorbike. While she had no lover in the Past, she found affection in the spirit Pep who lives just beyond the Western Gate.

Armon: Strong and loyal, Armon was one of Egypt's greatest Warriors. Losing his real arm in battle, the Pharaoh awarded him with a massive golden one which he covets proudly. When transformed, Armon's armor resembles that of a ram. His size and strength are rivaled only by his appetite, especially for Beefy Burgers. While Armon is not the brightest member of the team, he is highly skilled as a warrior, making him both a gentle but dangerous force to be reckoned with.

Kawtie: The mummies sacred cat, and Prince Rapses Pet. Kawtie can transform into a larger more fearsome version should she need to defend herself or her owner. More often than not, the mummies use her and her bandages as a rope.
