| I learned to crochet when I was 8 years old. I started by making all my Christmas gifts for family and friends. Then about 25 years ago a friend got me started on craftshows. Then my son was born, I started making clothes, as well as going to every craftshow I could find. My daughter was born in 1991 and Oh the fun I had with lace and doll clothes that matched the outfits I made for her, shortly after my husband wanted Calvery shirts, that was really a fun project, I made six and he loved them all. Now I find crocheting and sewing very relaxing after work, before work, before dinner, while dinner is cooking, I am sure you get the idea!!!
