$200.00 Daily Rental (3 night minumum) between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends with a $300 refundable deposit*.
$150.00 Daily Rental (2 night minimum) prior to Memorial Day
weekend and after Labor Day weekend with a $300.00 refundable deposit*.
A $350.00 deposit (weekly or 3 night) is due within 2 weeks of the date your reservation is made. The balance is due 5 weeks prior to your stay.
*An additional $300 cleaning deposit (refundable) is also required.
This deposit will be refunded if the unit is left in the same clean condition as you found it.

Gas Grills, picnic tables, fire pit, volley ball court, horse shoe pit, sand beach, dock, and boat anchoring buoys are available for your use during your stay.
There is 2 parking spots for your vehicle as well as a trailer parking area.
Blanket and pillows are provided. Please furnish your own sheets, towels, dish soap, bath soap ,and all paper products.
