Leo is wild, both personality-wise and coloration-wise. Don't expect this dragon to settle down at any point in the near future, he's a party boy of the highest sort - as wild, crazy, irrepressible, and with about as much patience and dignity as a modern day club-hopping teenager... maybe less. He's a restless vagabond, breaking every rule he comes across with a childish delight that might scare some people.
