Dear Ms Sin
It is our honor to have you and you colleagues giving us a proposal
presentation, in the Prudence Center, on 28th April. I would like to thank all
of you for your sincere effort exerted on our company analysis and suggestions
for our further improvement.
Actually, I was highly impressed by the new training concept, ¡§Coaching¡¨, owning
by your company, which emphasizes a collaborative partnership with clients. I
believe it would be especially good and effective for boosting performance in
management and supervisory level. However, there are critical budget and time
constraints for us to accept your offer. As one of our major concerns is the
work attitudes and performance of the majority of our frontline drivers, it
would be too costly for us to have coaching on all of them in order to have
significant overall improvement. Moreover, most of the programmes you offer us
last for weeks. It is unaffordable for us, as it may interrupt our daily bus
services delivery.
It is our pity that we cannot accept your kind offer at the moment. However, I
do appreciate your training concept of ¡§Coaching¡¨ very much. I would not
hesitate to contact you if I see any cooperate opportunities between us in the
future. Once again, thank you for your continuous support for our company.
Yours sincerely,
