Born and raised in California, I am a seventeen year old, Chinese American girl who is still easily tempted by shiny things, candy, and childish indulgences, despite having recently graduated from high school. In addition to being irony's biggest fan and living for a good action movie, I dream big, think in obscenities, and see the world in wonder. Parental discretion advised.
I have been web designing for nearly four years and have been hosted on subdomains four times previously. By now I am capable with FTP programs and I prefer DIV designs styled by CSS. I attempt to code valid XHTML 1.0 and valid CSS. My style in this past has been anime or more simply styled layouts; however, I have been branching out and am still (re)discovering what aesthetic direction I want to take after my break from the online world.

At some point of my senior year, my hosting died. Because I was knee-deep in applications and the like, I decided to forgo reestablishing my blog in favor of academic hell. Now that I am graduated (like a cylinder), I am ready to start over and I want an online home as I begin my life in college. I would like to run a continuation of my blog/personal site which would also house my artwork/fanart and writing. I update once or twice a week and would probably only require 10-20MB of space. Wordpress is my prefered blogging system and I will be able to install and customize it myself. I am always up for and enjoy meeting new circles of people. What I am looking for is:
- An appealing URL to call home
- PHP support and a My SQL database
- A nice and knowledgeable host/hostess and good hostee community
