Jug loves a good fight as much as any brave warrior, but he also believes in a good cause. He may not be the swiftest hero or the most well-spoken, but he's the toughest, and by the game's end mat have more than double the amount of points of some heroes. He has little skill with magic, but is ideally-suited as a front-line fighter. |

Cagen
Cagen's sense of balance comes from within. Whereas David's life means nothing without his wife, Cagen could never surrender his independence. This martial arts expert has decided to devote body and soul to his master's cause. He is a valuable companion on David's quest.

Sekune
Sekune chose to follow David for reasons known only to herself. Although many people wonder about this courageous warrior's mysterious past, none would doubt her loyalty. Like all true fighters, Sekune is careful not to waste her energy, and is especially single-minded when upholding her word of honor.

Chiaro
Chiaro's power is drawn from his characteristically generous mind, and he is perfectly aware of the many implications of the terrible combat ahead. Only knowledge can distinguish light from shadow, and Chiaro's wisdom is profound. He is capable of tapping the very source of life itself and performing many miracles.

Vivienne
Vivienne's strength is as huge and as permanent as the land itself. Many a man has thrown himself against this woman and been tempestuously broken in her wake. Vivienne�s wild spirit has focused itself around the urgency of David�s cause: the passionate belief in Goodl.

Each turn of night, each dark deed, each man and woman damned. All are roots of the second oldest force in the universe. This is a force personnified as a man and this is a man called Silver. Silver is an element of Evil.

Fuge
Fuge, Silver's dark offspring, is living proof of his father's sinfulness. The world has every reason to be fearful of what the future holds for him; once he reaches maturity - the maturity of the immortals - an endless deluge of damnations will surely beat down upon his cursed soul.

Glass
Daughter of the evil sorcerer Silver and sister to the infamous warrior Fuge, Glass is an evil enchantress of great power, surpassed in the Mystic Arts only by Silver. The witch possesses the power and wrath of ice and is known to control Draco, the greatest of the ice dragons. While she is loyal to her father, this loyalty is greatly diminshed by her desire to rule - an ambition could Glass' very life! She knows she cannot best her father in combat, and so awaits the day when her opportunity presents itself...

Jag
Jag executes his master's orders with an obvious relish that has put the most battle-hardened warriors to flight. There is no place for love or forgiveness in Silver's shadow army. Jag knows this better than any, and this knowledge has helped him rise quickly through the ranks to become Lieutenant.

Khan
It is not easy to reach the rank of Lieutenant in Silver's treacherous legions of the dead. The important thing for Khan is to keep his rank, which is why he has regularly justified the reputation for brutality that he wants to see forever branded into the memory of all those who confront him.

Imps
The imps are up to their tricks all through the game. The spiteful, mischievous nature of these devilish creatures incites them to do everything possible to obstruct David and his friends. Although not particularly tough when confronted individually, as a pack they can often come out on top.
