My name is Jerome Durham. For the past 40 years I have been designing and sometimes building houses. Believe me designing houses is much easier than building them. I have several hundred stock house plans for sale. A lot of builders and individuals need to have changes made to to stock plans because its difficult to find one exactly the way you want it. Thats not a problem because all my plans are on computer thus I can modify them and/or reverse them almost effortlessly. Boy these computers sure make it easy for us designers. There was a time when making changes required you to erase the drawing and practically start all over. Now I can take a stock plan similar to what you want and make modest changes for just a little more than the cost of a stock plan. If you don't see anything you like I can design a new plan from scratch exactly the way you want it. All my plans conform to "CABO" minimum requirements. My plans can also qualify to meet VA requirements for additional cost.
