| Working with Pendulum Divination is called Dowsing. Being called divination, perhaps because the answers seem to be from higher consciousness or higher power. Pendulums are also called a Bob or Bobber. The pendulum is controlled through or by your subconscious. Any object hung from a piece of string is a pendulum An ancient art of seeking information or unseen answers that can not be achieved through the use of the typical perception. Practice, and some natural intuition helps a process of obtaining many different forms of answers. To name a few. Yes/No, Herbal remedies, Past life matters and numerical answers. The future in general, so much more. Answers come from properly worded questions with the use of a pendulum and the proper frame of mind. Things you can use as Pendulums can vary in many ways. Actually all depends on what you are comfortable with and or what is available to you. The main tool is the mind of the individual whom is using the pendulum. You can make and use any of these items below tied to a string, fishing line or attached to a necklace or cord... An actual pendulum, a charm on a necklace, crystal pendants, seashell/stone with a hole, a ring, bolt or small weight. As long as it hangs pretty much straight and does not weigh to much to keep it from moving. The pendulum can be glass, metal, shell, stone and wood. The way to read a pendulum depends on each individual. Holding the chain/thread that is tied to you object of choice making the pendulum hang down. Wait until it is still, and ask your question. Relax.. Try to keep your arm still, try to not fight the natural movement when it starts moving. You can purchase books that have charts in them or make your own. Draw a circle about 3 inches across with a dot in the center of it. Around the circle write the answers you could possibly receive. Example: A - Z and 0 - 9. You can draw a straight line and the dot under the line. The dot is the center point for your pendulum to be hovered over. Giving you a focal point. If your seeking a simple yes or no then write yes and no on a paper about 3 inches apart and place the dot in-between the two words. Example at bottom of page. How the bob swings is how and where reveals your answer... The best way to learn your pendulum's movements, is practicing by asking questions you know the answers too. Or ask questions that you don't know, but can quickly find out. Remember, it's not perfect and won't give an exact answer every time, especially if you are just learning. Once you are familiar with your pendulum, use it often to develop your intuition when reading with it. It can be a helpful tool to test and improve your psychic abilities. In the past this has been helpful with the finding of oil & gas, minerals, water, lost objects, and lost people. To name a few. Pendulum's can also be used to determine one's state of health and whether particular medicines, vitamins, foods, etc, should be taken. One can also dowse for finding out your vehicle malfunctions, Aromatherapy you could use to help you, what the weather will be like and so many limitless matters you could think of needing info for.
