To do this just sit down and clear the mind.

Think of as many numbers you can and write them down in a straight line,
double numbers go under each other so as triple and ect.

You can pick numbers by by writting them down, then cutting them up,
place them in a bowl and pick them out without looking.
Write down the numbers choosen and put them back in with the rest.
It is better to pick them via your mind though.

For best results try to have more then 20 numbers,
the more the luckier chances for a clear message.

Below is an example of numbers and how they are written out.

Then find the group of letters that are associated with the number you are looking for,
write the letters along side each number.

After doing this then try to break the coded message that your inner self is trying to give you.

Pick one letter in each group and go down.

Each word that you have figured out write it next to the place you found it,
then go to next, don't use the set more then once.

Look for initials, some words are and will be done in a phonetics kind of way,
not all words will be spelt correctly.

Just try your best to figure it out.

You have 24 hours for each message to come to you clearly.
