| As with anything we do or evaluate a theory on, keeping a journal can help a great deal. Logging the date and even the moon phase can help when evaluating it all in the long run. By all means also logging that in which has been noticed. So if you like get yourself a notebook and when the messages come to you write them down. Also add to this how you felt and anything that comes to mind upon the vision. Like if you see/hear/feel something concerning with the thought of your friend instantly coming to mind. List that and then see what takes place there after. Can take some time though when it takes place then you will be amazed.
