| I was actually sitting there trying to sleep, listening to music.. imagine that... when I just had this strange feeling come over me. I zoned out for a minute just picturing something else entirely than what I was focusing on before hand. The feeling is impossible for me to describe... but it inspired me to start writing and I ended up with this. |

Seeing everything through Your eyes I see you See your light Your strength in Your eyes The beauty of you Your heart and faith Your soul and hope in Your eyes Can you see that? Feel it? The way you look with Your eyes Do you know? The wonder The intensity of your world in Your eyes And when I sleep I see those things Dream about your wonder through My eyes I wonder Wonder if you see me The way I see you through My eyes I wonder Do I look as good As you look to me in My eyes? I could just be Another figure in the haze Like all the others I see in My eyes Or would I stand out Brighter than the sun Like you shine in My eyes If you could Get close enough Would you see yourself in My eyes? See your power My love for you And joy in life in My eyes |
