The final cost shall be arrived at & conveyed to you immidiately after the Locations etc. are finalized as the cost shall vary from town to town and shall mainly vary because of the cost of the Land.
PAYMENT PLAN
In case you are interested in buying a flat in a Vatsalya Complex
you will be required to pay a sum of $1000 towards a commitment
amount to enable us to assess the need of a complex at a particular
station. You will have to mention your preferred location. In case
around 100 persons place an order for one location the complex
shall be considered feasible and you shall be asked to deposit your
first installment. The commitment amount shall be then adjusted in
first installment only. In case however the project does not become
feasible at the location, your commitment amount shall be released
to you after 6 months of floating this enquiry.
The complex is proposed to be completed within 2 years of the call
for your first installment. You are therefore required to pay the cost
of your flat in 8 equal installments every 3 months. Of course this
payment shall be linked with the progress on ground, which we
shall keep posting on the internet.
OUR BANKERS & THE LOAN FACILITY
Our collecting Bankers are Bank of America. The money can be deposited in our A/C No. In case you require a loan to purchase the said flat, you can approach the said bank for the same.
