One mornin Katelynn showed me a room that she designed. The coloring was perfect and it was mesured perfectly as well. I thought it was interesting so I started making a room of my own. Maybe you should try it. The drapes over the windows was hard. Its fun because you dont have to worry about the cost and you can just about do anything you want in your room!!! My room has a theme of swirlies and flowers. I have emerald green my favorite color with light pink and purple with lots of blue as well!!! I want to be an interior designer when I grow up so that might help.
Ideas for making a room of your own:
-A spot where you can sit and read while looking out the window several times.
- If you want a carpet, on a pratice paper try and do swirly lines to make it look like a carpet not a wooden floor.
-If you make a room for someone else maybe try to talk to them to see what they want in there room and the theme.
-If its an adult room try and think of colors an adult would want. A kid would probably want lots of really colorful colors!

Try copying off of things in pictures or in your room or other to get the object right. I studied a sink for example to make my dream bathroom!lol! |
