1. French up
2. Foot lock
3. Split tissue and using both hands hold the tissue which is farthest away from the footlocked foot
4. Hold yourself up by only that one piece of fabric
5. Bring the free leg between the tissue and life entire body through it (360o)
6. Next time as you go through, push the tissue wrapped around the R leg down to your ankle with you L leg
7. Repeat step 5 & 6
8. On the 3rd rotation, do not push the tissue down to your ankle- let it run up through the middle of your body
9. Rest on the tissue, pushing your hips through
10. Pose
11. Return by unwrapping the same number of times that you wrapped in.
To add style and grace, straighten the left leg (by leaning back) as you unwrap
