Speak From The Heart
we see many things,
so many people,
cross our paths.
I believe,
there is a reason,
for all this;
our children,
friends and lovers,
all touch us~~~
all our destiny.
They touch our lives,
in many ways,
showing us love,
personal strength,
lessons taught,
loving kindness.
And we too,
return these,
things to them,
by touch of hand,
or word,
or deed.
and pain,
for from this,
we too learn and grow.
There are times,
when we see them,
hurting so deeply,
we wish to wrap them,
in our arms,
driving the pain from them.
For things happen,
they and we,
do not understand.
Sometimes we can ease it,
but it is they,
who must end their own pain,
or learn from growth.
In times such as these,
what can be said~~~
there is great truth,
in speaking from the heart
to comfort,
equate feelings,
or understanding
and to express your love,
and encouragement,
hoping to,
reach out and touch,
them too~~~
