for so long,
and over time,
we realized
these feelings,
are very strong.
the thought of

and my mind
so often travels,
to how it would be.
be held tightly,
in your arms,
to know true contentment,
feeling safe,
from all life's harms.
we have felt,
will just slip away,
replaced with the knowledge,
that we are together,
and these feelings,
will always stay.
