Standing Emotions! At the docks Lucky is sitting on the bench looking out into the ice cold water. He had finally found out about Liz and Jason. They were in love but...he still couldn't believe it! He had known before that she was slowly leaving him. And then he had found out that she had lied to him for WEEKS about what she was really doing. All those lies about being painting or studing had been lies! She was with him the whole time. In his mind he didn't care if they were talking or kissing the fact remained that she had lied to him. The man that she was constantly saying to "I love you" Those words echoed in his head. He looked out into the water, it was so cold just like how he felt! She had compeletly betrayed everything that they had ever had...and now he was gonna make her feel pain. Not physical pain...he couldn't imagine laying a hand on her out of anger....but emotional pain. He was going to toy with her weakiness. All he needed to do now was wait until....she came....both came.... ~*~*~*~* Gia is in the park walking She was on her way to Kelly's her and Nikolas had a dinner date and then off to the cottage to watch Pretty Women. She got a smile on her face remembering how Nik had put up such a fight not to watch it. So offered to watch Gladiator...but he had agreed to watch Pretty Women. She loved how Nikolas was always trying to be there for her. She had finally explained how she felt. How she was tired of always coming second place. She had said that she knew they were only friends but that she still deserved to be treated better. She almost had left. It was her last resort...but he had promised that he would try harder to be the man that she needed. He was doing an excellent job. And in return she tried to be extra nice in public. Although sometimes she had to be herself and stick it to Liz when it needed to be done. She stopped for a minute and looked around her. The snow was falling, and it was the big type of snow the type that if big and fluffy. It was her favorite type of snow. The ground was coverd in it. And it sparkled and shined, it twinkled. She felt like she was in a winters wonder land. She loved it. She felt totally complete. Her and Nikolas were slowly growing. She had feelings for him but she wasn't sure what they were yet. But she knew that she was falling for him. When he would hold her she would instantly melt. Or when they would sit by the fire...she could talk to him for hours. He was the one person that she felt completely safe with...she loved that. ~*~*~*~* Nikolas in his Jag driving. He sat back as the light turned red. He was listening to one of Gia's many CDs. She was always listening to music, she filled the house with her presence. He was so glad that they had worked everything out. That they had talked and that she was now staying. He loved pleasing her, he also loved how she would beg. Well...for example today. He smiled at the thought of Gia standing there begging him to watch Pretty Women. He didn't mind the movie but he loved how she was so strong and held her own. But then she did the most surprising thing...she had backed down. She had soften and said that they could watch Gladiator. He had never seen Gia do that before. It was exciting. He chuckled to himself as he thought about how she would always come into his room, not wanting to be along. But to be near someone. Nik knew that she was strong on the outside but yet so fagile on the inside. And when she had expressed her feelings to him he knew that he needed to make sure that she knew that she was number one in his life. He decided that he would stand by her no matter what. He still wasn't sure what she felt for him but he knew that he was falling for her. He thought faster then she was for him...if she was. He loved it when they were dancing at the studio. She would taunt him but never give him enough so that he would be satisfied. Instead she would stop and leave him there standing longing for more of her. For her to stay in his arms. He knew she was playing...but he didn't mind because he knew beneath that she felt feelings for him. ~*~*~*~* Gia is walking on the dock. Lucky is sitting there. Liz is slowly coming she has tears in her eyes. She stops when she see Lucky and stands there. "Hey Gia! WOW you look so good! New shirt?" He looked at her and gave her the 'spencer' look. He knew that Liz was watching them. He had told her to come nad meet him at the docks at the same time Gia would be going to meet Nikolas. It was perfect. He knew him flirting with Gia would kill Liz. "Oh...hi Lucky. Yah it is new. I got it today...me and Nikolas went shopping. Thanks." She looked at him. Wondering why he was being so nice to her. She had heard that Liz had lied to him...still it was weird of Lucky. She started to walk away. Lucky quickly grabbed her arm and pulled her close to him. Liz almost screamed but held it in. She couldn't believe what she was watching! Why was Lucky doing this?! He was almost positive that he didn't know about her and Jason. But what if he did. SHe was planning on telling him tonight about what she had been really up too. She loved Lucky and hated to lie to him. She looked at the scene play out. ~*~*~*~* Nikolas is walking about to go down the steps when he hears Lucky and Gia's voice. "Lucky what are you doing!? Get your hands off of me!" She pushed him away. She couldn't believe this. Here was Lucky hitting on her because he wanted to stick it to Liz for lying. As much as she loved to push Liz she was not about to do flirt with the Nikolas's brother. Especially since her feelings were growing for Nikolas. "What has you so up tight? I mean...Gia....you aren't dating anyone. Whats the big deal?" He was slowly stroking her face. He could feel her tighten up. "Listen why don't you come out for supper with me. Me and you will paint the town! What do you say?" "HELL NO! Listen Lucky...I am gonna be late. Me and Nikolas are going out tonight. Or did you forget that I am living with him and that he is your brother?" She slapped his hand away from her face. She couldn't believe this! She was disgusted. She felt completely used by Lucky! The only reason he was being so nice was because he wanted to get Liz back...well he screwed with the wrong chick! "Come on Gia....Nikolas will under stand. I will take you dancing. I mean c'mon it isn't even like you two are dating. What will a little super do?" He tried to grab her arm but she pulled it away and scowled at him. Nikolas stood there astonished! Here was his little brother hitting on GIA!! He knew that him and Liz were having problems but he didn't think that Lucky would stoop this low...Then there was Gia. She was so strong. He looked at how she didn't give Lucky an inch. It became so clear to him. If she didn't have feelings for him then she would act the way she was to Lucky right now. He smiled as he watched Gia push Lucky away from her. "Listen maybe I need to speak more clear for you LUCKY! I am not NOR will I EVER go anywhere with...YOU!! Do I need to spell it out to you! I thought you were smarting then that! Get away from me!" She pushed him away and headed to Kelly's she was annoyed!! Liz saw Gia coming and quickly walked away before she was seen. She was hurt by what Lucky had just done. She knew that Lucky knew...that was why he had acted like he did. She couldn't believe how badly she hurt Lucky. She had given it all up to hide JASON! She began to cry again. Lucky couldn't believe that he was just blown off! He thought for sure that Gia would do it...at least to stick it to Liz. He walked away in a huff. Nikolas had quickly ran to catch up to Gia. ~*~*~*~* In Kelly's Gia and Nikolas are laughing and teasing each other. "Yah well Nikolas it was also pretty funny watching you TRY to cook! In emphasize TRY!" She looked at him and started to laugh. She had completely forgot about what Lucky had tried to pull. She had decided that she would tell Nikolas later. Right now they were having so much fun together. She loved how Nikolas laughed. He was adorable, and cute, and nice, and WOW! She had the best guy she had ever met right in front of her. "Well thanks...maybe you will need to teach me how to cook..." He looked at her, she was smiling. He looked into her eyes, they were so beautiful. When she was like this he could see straight into her soul. He could she her happiness. And loved knowing that he was making her happy. He was awe struck that this girl...brought him so much joy! "Well should we head back home?" Home...she loved knowing that they would go home together and watch a movie and that they would get to spend the night together laughing. "Yah...we should...why don't you go ahead I am just gonna finish my water. Then by the time I get out there the Jag will be warm." "Well of course my lady." He smiled his NIA smile. And winked at her. "You sure you don't want me to wait though?" "Yah. I am sure. Now go before I finish my water and the car is cold." SHe smiled at him and looked into those dark eyes. The color was dark but he was so happy right then. She coud tell... "Alright. Meet yah there." He slowly walked off thinking about how she looked and about everything they did at super. She was putting on her jacket and heading out. As she left Kelly's she heard her name. She prayed that it wasn't Lucky. She turned around only to find Liz standing there. "Gia...I need to talk to you..." ~*~*~*~* He had almost forgotten to tell Gia where he had parked. He quickly turned around and started to head for Kelly's. He was about to turn the corner when he heard Liz talking to Gia. "Listen Liz I don't have time right now to listen to you tell me how you didn't mean to hurt Lucky or anything else!" She was not in the mood to fight with Liz. She was having a great night with Nikolas. "Gia...I know I royally screwed up. And you can harass me later about my STUPID mistake but...thanks." She smiled at Gia. She never knew that Gia would stand by her so much. "Excuse me!?" What was this air head ditz talking about? "I over heard you talking to Lucky. I really appreciate that you didn't go out with him for my sake." She smiled again. This was gonna be easy. She burst out laughing. Elizabeth actually thought that she said no for her sake! That was funnier then anything she had ever heard! "You think....(laughing)that...I...actually...was doing it for YOUR BENEFIT!! You are dumbing then I thought! Why on this wonderful planet or UNIVERSE would I help YOU!?" This was just too funny. She looked at Liz. Her face completely changed. "Well...I gues...I mean I just thought..that..you were helping me out? Then why did you say no?" Liz was comletely confused. She let out a big breath. "Must I explain everything to you! I mean are you that mindless and blind? FINE!! In case you forgot I am living with Nikolas. I know you just think that I am just some sort of a leech...BUT...I actually care about how Nikolas feels. I would NEVER betray him like that. Plus Lucky is ugly, and totally not my taste!" She laughed at Liz. She was about to walk off. "GIA! And Nikolas is YOUR type?!" She felt completely embarassed. She looked and felt so stupid. "Yah actually he is exactly MY type! But...I am gonna go now. Me and Nikolas have a date. BUH BYE! Oh and by the way how is Jason?" She winked at Liz and walked to the gate. Just then Nikolas walked out. "Oh Gia! I was coming to get you. I forgot to tell you were the car was." He put his arm around Gia. And looked at Liz. They walked away. ~*~*~*~* Nik and Gia are in the Jag. She needed to tell him. She coudln't bare not telling him. Go ahead Gia. It wil lbe alright "Nikolas..." He had been thinkg all about what he had heard. Wondering if he should say that he had heard everything. What if she got mad at him...When she talked he woke from his thoughts. "Yah Gia?" "I have to tell you something. I don't want you to get mad at the person though. Well you can..but don't do anything stupid." She looked at him streanly. "Gia are you saying I do stupid things?" "NO! I just don't want you to over react thats all. I will understand you being mad but...." She looked at him. He smiled. "I know. I won't. I have something to tell you after." "Kay." She took a breath and started to explain everything that had happen. She watch his face as it didn't really move. She knew that he was mad at Lucky for doing that. But she could also see the happiness when she explained what she had said about them. When she was all done. He sat quietly. "well..." "I appreciate you telling me. It tells me a lot! But I knew all of this before you told me. I over heard Lucky and then when I came to tell you where the car was I over heard you and Liz." There he had said it. "You did..." Shet got a lump in her throat that meant that he had heard how passionately she spoke about him... "Yah. You are amazing." ~*~*~*~* Back at the cottage. They are watching Pretty Women. She lay there with her head on his lap. He was playing with her braids. She felt so happy. She needed to express how she felt. And she knew that Nikols felt something for her otherwise he wouldn't have gotten that look in those deep eyes. She alse knew that if she didn't express how she felt right then that she may never for awhile. She decided that she would go for it. He sat there playing with her braids. She was the most beautiful thing he had ever laid eyes on. He couldn't imagine a more perfect Princess. Princess Sparky as he liked to call her. He loved making her happy, no matter what. He had found the most amazing girl he would ever find. He knew that because she did something to him. No one had ever done that to him. She brought life and color to him to his inside. She caused electricity to shoot through his body. That is why he had began to call her sparky! "Nikolas." She looked up into those deep eyes. "Yah..." He stroked her face. He watched at she slowly closed her eyes. All he had to do was touch her and she was instantly melting. He had that reaction on her. She would melt just looking at him. "I am falling for you soo badly. and I don't mind. Which is weird because I am the type of person that doesn't really let anyone into the depths of my heart, sould and mind. But YOU! Just have this way with me. You make me feel so special, and even though you screw up and I screw up we always end up together again. I love that about us. I can't say I love you because quit frankly I am just admiting to having feelings for you. I want us to be together. I wanna be the girl that stands by your side no matter what. The one you rely on when you have had a bad day. The one that you come home to and is soo happy to see because that person brightens your day. That is you for me. I can't wait till I get home. To see you, laugh with you, just be with you! Cause I wanna be with you so badly." She looked at him. He was smiling. He was in complete shock. He had never expected that to come from Gia. I mean he had guessed that she had feelings for him, and that she would express them but never so strongly and with such devotion. "Gia...I feel the same way you feel. I need you in my life. I can't imagine me without you. You make me laugh when I would rather die. I can't express how much you mean to me! I feel something towards you that I have never felt before." She sat up and kissed him on the lips. It was the best kiss she had ever had. She slowly pulled away. Stroked his face slowly. He looked up at her. Put one arm around her and the other slowly playing with her hair. He pulled her close to him. Thinking about how lucky he was to have the most amazing girl all to himself! She followed his pull. She leaned up on him. Looking into the fire. Telling him how she felt was the smartest thing that she had ever done. They ended up curled up by one another holding each other. Looking into the fire.
