Bring water to boil, add meat, spices tied in a clean cloth, wine, onion, tomato sauce, mint (approximately 2 sprigs),
and salt. Cover and cook until meat is tender, about 3 hours. Add cabbage cut in half, cook until tender. Place bread
slices with sprig of mint on top of bread in a deep serving bowl. Pour boiling broth over bread. Place cabbage in
seperate serving bowl. Place meat to another serving dish and serve with sopas. Serves 6 to 8 people.
