2 pound lean pork roast
1 stick lingui�a
1/2 can beer
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup italian salad dressing
salt and pepper and garlic salt to taste
Place ingrediants in slow cooker. Turn slow cooker on high and cook for one hour. Reduce heat and cook on low for three to four hours. Make gravy with sauce.
Gravy: mix 3 tablespoons flour, one cup cold water together stirring out lumps. Place in saucepan with sauce from meat, let simmer until done. Enjoy!
