Year 2000

It has been a great year, 1999.
We have been blessed with
wonderful friends and tons of fun.
We have had the pleasure of being with
so many terrific people in person and via internet.
Tomorrow will be the year 2000.
The sun will rise and the sun will set as usual,
but what we do from 12 midnight
and the 24 hours following will make a difference.
What we do with every moment of our lives
is too important to waste.
So I say:
Love deeply and honestly,
laugh from the bottom of our feet
and enjoy all we meet,
face adversity head on,
and PRAY fervently.
Savor life, for we have just one.
Remember that today's bad experience
is tomorrows memory.
And today's delicious experience
we can wear for all eternity.
