| Sept 2nd 2007 ~I left my home to go pick up my daughter~My Animals were Left in My Home~I came home to Doors wide open,3 Cop cars and a Animal Control truck.I said" Now what?"Officer Tosson in Animal Control said 2 of your animals are loose~I stood there wondering how in the hell that could of happened~Because I had locked the garage door from a guy that needed a place to stay left,so I locked the door so know one would come into my home that way. I said which way did they go?Officer Tosson said in My back yard.Knowing the wolves,They must of scared them to leave the yard see'ing they were all there hunting them down tracking through my yard.As they Told me they did before I got there. I told them will you all Please stay OUT OF MY YARD cause there not gonna come back if your in it scaring them.Tanya said YEAH YOU GUYS NEED TO NOT TRESSPASS AND GET OUT OF OUR YARD NOW! So I figured Theyve done found a place to escape from,Ill go drive my car aroud the block,and they'll hop in.NO SIGN OF THEM.I returned home. Well as I was at the End of my Drive way,Lookn down the road,I saw Star Exiting my yard into the road holding a goose by its neck.(Geese attack people and animals so dont conclude what you assume YET)As I called her she dropped the Goose and walked towards me on Voice command.I then walked her up towards my home.Officers followed.Told me to STOP as I got near my home as she was tugging at me to get away from them in fear.I said Im putting her up,Because It was hard holding her back tryn to locate and get Them under control.DEPUTY TIBER STATED" IF YOU DONT STOP,IM PUTTING YOU IN JAIL." I THOUGHT TO MYSELF "FOR WHAT ASS HOLE?FOR GETTING HER TO CALM DOWN?" Officer Tosson,Told me to load her up.I said For what?He Said Nuisance Animal.I said bullshit!I said you all have been tryn to steal these two animals for Over a year now~He said in The Morning you can come get her.He said Niko can stay here.As We walked up into the yard,Tanya and I noticed Chickens that were abandoned by the neighbors that Moved out.HURRAY!Officer Tosson came back got the Chickens.Which are WILD GAME.They can not ticket her as WILD GAME.Plus I did not Violate any Final Judgement My Attorney said.So They Have To give me Star Back or get Su'd.And also he pointed out something else about that court proceeding that REALLY SCREWED THEM UP,EVEN ON THE OTHER ONE.THERE GONNA BE PAYN OUT THE ASS B4 THIS IS OVER WITH! Sept 3rd,I walked 15 miles down there to get her.As My cars been broken down.He said,I cant release her cause Im waiting for a phone call.I said from who?He said our Attorney.I thought What the weasle that lies in Court,and gives the Judge pictures of other peoples animals cause he doesnt have a case against me over the actual photograghs that I TOOK?Star was in a CAGE 3 foot by 6 Foot.And No,They close off the Middle section.FOR 2 Weeks.As I begged them to let her out and walk her.That she was cryn to me wanting me to take her home and get Her Out of there. Officer Tosson stated to me the Following day,That I had to go to the Court house and get a court date filed if I wanted her the County Attorney Stated.As The County Attorney Jon Joben stated on another Case he was having a acid flash back,The Man doesnt belong in a professional Building acting like such a moron!Proceedure is:TICKET ME<GIVE ME A COURT DATE,RELEASE HER!I went to the court house after I made paper work up,To also Recues Scaglione because his brains fried and corrupt,And even his Secretary said,You cant make a court date,The case was closed,That she thought Jon Joben was Crazy to make me try to do this.Actually so did the rest of the court house thought he was NUTS! So I called Sheriffs Dept.Told them,To Ticket me and Release her. Well,1 1/2 days b4 court I get a notice.To Appear at 8;15 am on Friday 14th 2007.I knew exactly what this was all about.Scaglione made it so the public wouldnt hear how sick the man was in running such a corrupt court room.After Tanya putting Jon joben down conderdicting him as She surely was qualified to talk abut Exotic animals when she was tryn to exsplain to the judge,Geese are nasty and attack people and are worse then bucks.So They wouldnt let me have Star back.I knew they Had it all Planned because I asked if theyd let me in her Cage to lay with her and hug her,and thy doid at animal control.But while I was there,I did take photo shots of a cage with 5 piles of Dog crap in it,They didnt clean up,Just left there.I never knew Geese were Exotics.THE FUNNY PART ABOUT ALL THIS WAS DEPUTY LUNG DIDNT KNOW A goose from a Duck!Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Geese Attack people and other Animals How in the Hell do you know,if that geese didnt attack Star,When all his poultry was in my yard? My Attorney got a hold of the County Attorney,Talked to him.The County Attorney said,If I spayed Star,I could have her or go to Court.Well,I called Animal Control Told her,Id spay her but she cant have pups anyways.Or she would of by now~So I called back wondering if I could pick her up,they refused again,and then they said I have a court date set for Friday in front of a Crimminal Judge,This is a Civil case.So they set the time,so know one would hear how rediculous this whole thing is and put me in jail.They make a mountain out of a Mole hill.I wasnt Home,Someone unlocked the garage door and let them out.The Neighbors do not live there,they let there poultry go.Birds are Wild Game,left abandoned.But ,they wont drive by to see NO ONE IS STAYN THERE! One year its ok,For the Neighbors to have their animals in the road,as loong as the animal could hear on voice command.Of course on My case,They gotta make up the Laws as they go! |

This whole thing makes me sick her in a 3 foot area by 6 feet.whos the one whos cruel here.AS IF THEY CARE~,I begged them to please let her out to be walked.I said these pens are so small,and its so cruel. So Star was Rubbing up against the pen,Tryn to get to me cryn.tHEY STILL WONT LET ME HAVE HER~I kept tryn to touch her to calm her down,But it really wasnt working very well. So I asked one of the ladys that worked there~"Let me in her cage, so I can lay with her and hold her" She let me in,I dont think anyone has ever asked to do such a thing before.But My animals were NEVER like Animals to me,They were my kids.I was proud kissing them on their lips~Nor them kissing me on My lips~These guys were my life~The only thing I surrounded myself all My life was wolves.And now~They wanna take my last two,Making it a Crime I wasnt home,and Wondering how the locked door came open. If they cared so much about there Chickens,and Guinies and Goose,They should of been penned up.So they didnt wonder over here all the time.
