Deputy Deso ,Derik (Derik the Darrelick)Came out as I returned home,Noticed the steaks adjoining layers of fences in my corners of my yard so the wolfs wouldnt get out,Were pulled straight up,out of the ground.Dogs or wolves would of pulled them o the side.But a hand going through a fence,Has to pull straight up,Cause there hands constricted on left to right.The deputy in this report said ,I said I didnt want him to contact the neighbors about this.THAT WAS A LIE!He just didnt want to investigate.Wolves would of knocked the steaks to the side,Not straight up out of the ground to get loose. Shar believes this act was done by her neighbor,Louise Jones,in an attempt to set free her animals so that shar would get more citations from animal control referance unrestraint animals. shar advised she did not wish for me to contact the neighbor,WHY IN THE H_LL WOULDNT I WANT TO CATCH THEM?STUPID A-S DEPUTYS<FABERCATE REPORTS! By Morning I was facing a Deputy again,My horse being next door at Louise Jones House,In her stall.The deputy was holding the picture.I said,Arent you gonna get them for grand theft.He said No,I have no proof of that.I said "yes you do,Your holding the photogragh in your hand thats telling you who stole her!"I said Give me 5 minutes,I said I emailed Peyton Hyslop about it and called him on the phone.Well Then he started making fun of Peyton Hyslop.He said I hate him!(I see now why he did)I said theres hoof marks going down the road.A horse is gonna eat the 2 foot of grass if she got out by herself.He wouldnt listen.I got the ticket.I was burning mad.Why I stuck up for Peyton Hyslop,I will never know~They were so excited about giving me a ticket,They tried arresting me the second time tryn to ticket me twice for the same thing.Sargent Holbrook came to my rescue.Some times what I know today~I wonder why he did ~ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| June 26th 2005 #2005-17797 My Back Window was shot out 3 times with Bullets.Report States:
Writer Responded to 25410 Harwell St.Referance Crimminal Mischief.(Id Say Attempted Murder) Contact made with Shar Schwindt at the said Location.Shar Advised Between 06242005 and 06252005,am unknown subject broke the back window to her residence.Shar first stated that she was not sure whether her animals broke the window or not.I said Quot:When I first saw it,I thought maybe the wolves might have done it,But then,I noticed 3 Bullet holes Top/Middle/Bottom of window.So I knew they couldnt of done it I said.I said Arent you gonna look for bullets or anything.He replied No.Shar then adviced that she believes the window had been shot out.Shar Advised due to the part of the house being closed off from the rest of the residence,she did not hear the shattering of the window.Shar did not advise that her neighbors were possable subjects at this time. Writer observed the broken Window,Which measures Approx 24 by 30 .Said window Faces south of the residence.Towards the woods.Writer did notice the center of the window had been smashed out although it could not determine breakage.You could very Well determine breakage.Look at photo. Documents/MyPics/AnimalControl/DarrellMullin/ShotOutWindow Writer was not able to locate any type of projectiles such as bullets heads,BB'sOut of the question.To far for BB's to travel to aim hit target at that great of a distance.,or pellets that would indicate that the window had been shot .I was so ticked off,He didnt even try to investigate.He never attempted to look for bullets.It was like Oh well,and left.Writer also could not locate any rocks around the window that would indicate it had been struck by them. | Writer respounded With Louise Jones.Louise advised that she was out of town for days before and after the incident.Louise was in Tampa with family members.OF COURSE SHE WAS~GOOD ALLIBY~Louise was not aware of the incident and could not provide any suspects. information.Geee,Considering her and her ol man was the ONLY ONES LIVING OUT HERE.Im sure a 90 yr old wasnt gonna do it. |
