What Happened one day,I was out in my yard with my animals.A Horse and rider came riding through sayn there was a fire coming our way.Imediatly I thought about the horses,Being fenced .Even the Neighbors horses that was causing me so much grief.So I told the boys to go warn them that lived behind me.Sherry and Jack Warren.They road back,Said no one was home.I said turn the horses loose!They'll run from the fire!This was in Twin Branch acres,ok.Behind Tampa Downs Horse track.I called the fire dept.The fire was put out with a fire truck between both our propertys.If it werent for me,Her horses would be fried!
So Patricia Trejos was always riding her horse past her newly moved fences hitting hot wire.Mine werent broke at the time,So it didnt matter to me.What I didnt like was them closing off the easement attaching there fence to mine and everyones horses tripping ove palmetto trees stumps hitting Hot wire along the creek.
So what happened was.I went next door to Patricia Trejos's house.I couldnt understand why all the prank calls to the sheriffs dept,sayn I was beating my animals when I never touched my animals.Tryn to help my X make me look cruel and mean for his custody battle fight.
So I called up from Patricias house,and said,I should of let your house burn down,and your barn and your horses.I never said,I was going to do that.I leave Patricias house.She recalls back,says Yeah if you dont take down the hot wire fence ,Im gonna blow up your house.
Next thing I know,Im being arrested.I thought was the most rediculous thing I ever heard.Tryn to be a good neighbor saving her fricken crap over there from being burnt,and this is the Thanks that I get!
So I went to court,was pleading NOT GUILTY,Telling the judge to play the tape,as he wouldnt.I wanted him to hear it wasnt a thret at all.My Public defendar says if you dont change your plea to no contest,I was getting 15 years.I thought what kind of bullshit is this!He stated well it didnt help matters you threttening them to take down the hot wire fence or youd blow up there house.I turn imediately looking at Patricia Trejos ,I said BINGO! I said I never said that,She did to my Public defender.She hit redial,made the complaint cause ,I never road my horses to HIT THE HOT WIRE FENCE.I wasnt aloud to speak,after begging him again to play the tape proving to him,It wasnt my voice!I was found Guilty.Snow balled into the systom.Ticked at my public defendar for not bringn up there was a Fire in our developement,or that a horse DID BURN TO DEATH in that fire.I knew Judge Menendez was also a piece of shit for destroyn my life! It was later that George Hamille Told me he seen my X John Driscoll pay them off to build my record so he could get my son.Fighting for my son,if it was the last breath I took,Over a man that lie'd to the judges sayn he was the father,DNA PROVED HE LIE"D,Was a Living hell,Fighting all this bullshit getting ganged up on.While these people Believed all his lie's!
All I ever did was house clean,and take care my kids and animals alone!I got in More shit!
