Harry's jaw dropped like Christina's.There in the dark cage,disheveled and tired with only a small water dish was...Sirius.Harry tried to speak but nothing came out.Then,his eyes rolled up into his head,he heard Christina scream,and then everything went black.
When he awoke,Harry felt as if he wasn't alive anymore.As if everything was ok.An angel stooped above him with her bronze curls falling around her face.Harry reached up to touch the angel's cheek.
She reached for his hand on her face and spoke to him softly,"Harry,are you alright?It's Christina,speak to me...please."
Suddenly,Harry's world focused.The darkness and pain crept back over him.
Harry looked into Christina's eyes,"Yes,I am,thank you."
He tried to get up but Christina laid him back down on the ground softly,"Harry,I want you to calm yourself first."
She bent down and kissed his cheek and stroked the hair out of his eyes.Harry touched his cheek as Christina watched him.Harry looked around and spotted Sirius' cage.Once more he tried to get up.
Christina held him down,"Harry,you need..."
Harry stopped struggling and grabbed her wrists,"If you won't let me go then will you please go to him!?",he shouted.
Christina sighed and walked over to Sirius' cage.Harry heard her sniff as she disappeared into the darkness.
"Father?It's Christina,Father?Oh please...no...please...don't be...",cried Christina.
Christina came out and wiped her eyes,"I...I can't say anything until I open the cage.I can't reach my arm through the bars."
Harry nodded.Christina looked around the room.
She immediately found a door that opened into an ajoining room,"I'm going to check in here.",she said, walking in.
"Funny,there's no light switch in here.",she shouted back to Harry.
He heard her rummaging around for awhile then he heard her scream,then...complete and utter silence.
"CHRISTINA!!!",shouted Harry.
He got up on his feet,a bit woozy,but he still had his senses about him.
He reached for his wand which had been placed in his sweatshirt pocket again when Lupin had found him at Hermione's house.He walked slowly into the room.Then,from out of nowhere,a light switched on and Harry was face to face once again with Draco Malfoy.
He already had Christina tied and gagged and without thinking,Harry lunged at Christina but Malfoy tackled him first,"Why hello Potter.Nice of you to drop by.Nice of you to lock up my father.Nice of you to ruin my life.Well now it's nice of me to end yours."
But Malfoy never even got to pull out his wand.Christina had loosened her bonds and now she ripped them off,pulled out her wand, and shouted,"RictoShempra!"
Malfoy was thrown against the wall,completely unconcious.Christina laid herself on the floor,completely out of breath.Harry came over and helped her up after her breathing had returned to normal.
Harry held her close as they both looked deep into each others eyes.Harry leaned in for a soft kiss but Christina turned away and walked out of the room.Harry stood dumbstruck looking at the place where Christina had stood.
"Maybe I did it wrong.",he thought.
Then he shook his head and walked out of the room.
