A Different Way Of Things:By Ceton

Ive never known the feeling,
Of my papa going to war
And Ive never known the feeling,
Of a friend dieing in my arms
Ive never known the feeling,
Of being left without a brother
But I am still young
With more to learn
But there must be some other way
Other than explosions and guns
Such noise and crying
Such pain and anguish
I havent been there but it makes me cry
I know there must be something else we can do
But all I can think of now
Is to bow my head and pray to the Lord
To keep those strangers of war,
On either side
To be able to go home to their,
Mothers and fathers,
Sisters and brothers,
Or husbands and wives
