Karmen: so then she isn't really a human or an alien?
Mitch: Nope
Ashley: And she only meant to help them
Mitch: Exactly, now I'll tell you about Grace
Tamara: Is it very disgusting story?
Mitch: only most of the time (Tamara looks at him sternly) Okay, all of the time
Jesse: Just get on with it
Mitch: I'm sure that most of you have forgotten the times of the past when, well, Grace was popular
Shaune: You mean grade eight?
Mitch: Yes, those dark days when Rodney could still walk, Mrs. Sinclair was still in power, and transvestite lesbian hookers still roamed the school.
Tamara: Those were dark times
Mitch: Yes, but they changed after nine eight
Tamara: Oh yea.
Mitch: Anyway, there is still one name that strikes fear in the heart of anyone who remembers this person, Onah!
Ashley: NO! Anyone but her! (She runs into the corner, covers her ears and cries)
Karmen: I'm too young to die! (She and Sara run under the bed and hide)
Rhys: It's to horrible to go on Mitch, please stop! (He falls to floor and starts twitching)
Jesse: Onah? I don't wanna know anymore! (Mitch gives him a puzzled look) Okay, I do
Shaune: I think she was hot!
Mitch: What are you talking about? (He slaps him)
Shaune: Oh, you said Onah? It doesn't matter, she died right?
Mitch: Well, I guess she's gone. For now at least (everyone goes back to normal and starts listening again) Do you remember when we had the year end dance in grade eight?
Sara: Yea, I was piss drunk and Mrs. Sinclair tried to take advantage of me
Rhys: She did take advantage of you
Jesse: Mrs. Sinclair was there?
Ashley: You were with Mrs. Sinclair? That's it, I'm tying you down next time
Sara: Right, anyway get on with the story
Mitch: When it was over we were all suppose to meet at Tamara's house for an end of year party, remember?
Tamara: Yea, we had a really great time! But I don't remember seeing you there, didn't you say that you got drunk and passed out in the forest?
Mitch: Yes, that's what I told you, but it's time that I've told you the truth. Grace and I were on the way to the party, and were running late, so we cut through the forest
Tamara: Grace wasn't there either. Wait. The forest? But everyone knows that you can't go into the forest after dark, that evil fairy who does all that stuff lives there
Karmen: Tamara, that's only an urban legend. That fairy doesn't exist, everyone knows that.
Mitch: That?s what I thought too, but not anymore. We were walking innocently along the pathway when Onah and Rodney jumped out onto the pathway in front of us and took various toys out of their backpacks. Paralyzed with unholy fear, the two of us turned around and sprinted in the opposite direction, however we did not get very Far. Carina and Gaylin jumped out of the bushes and blocked the path, so we ran into the bushes instead.
Tamara: But the evil spirit thing
Jesse: The only thing you need to be afraid of jumping you in the woods is you Tamara.
Tamara: Hey! You were not in the woods!
Mitch: Anyway, When we were running into the bushes, we ran into this man.
Karmen: Monkey in the bush...
Mitch: I'll save that part of the story for later. He was one foot tall and wore a two-foot tall hat. We only found out later that he was in league with Onah and her crew.
Ashley: What! How could be enough room in one league for even Onah alone?
Mitch: I don't understand it either, but somehow it happened. He said that he knew about the gay crew, he had seen them lurking in the forest sometime earlier. Then he offered to help us out with his magic, we knew that there was no other way to escape so we agreed.
Tamara: I told you there was a spirit!
Karmen: He's a monkey
Tamara: Spirit!
Karmen: Monkey!
Mitch: Never mind that! He was evil. We didn't know at the time, but we would pay the price for his help.
Jesse: What price?
Mitch: I'm getting to that. We arrived safely in the open field on Martineu hill and no one was in sight, so we headed towards Tamara's house.
Tamara: But you weren't there! Remember?
Rhys: We already resolved that Tamara...
Mitch: When we were walking we ran into the gay crew again and then the short man appeared again.
Karmen: Monkey
Tamara: Spirit
Mitch: He said that he wanted payment for what he had done for us-and the gay crew. I still don't know what he did for the gay crew, but it must have been something big. Grace offered to give him whatever he wanted if the two of us could just get away from the gay crew, or at least one of us.
Shaune: But there's two of you, one would leave one of you with the gay crew
Mitch: I think he sucked the energy out of Grace and Onah, or at least he was sucking something, then there was only one of them. A mix between the two-then he grew to be two feet tall and his hat doubled in size.
Rhys: And you say you were drinking this night?
Voice: The whole story is true, but you haven't heard the rest of it (they turn around to see Grace stuck in the window)
Ashley: What are you doing here, and what do you want?
Grace: I want revenge (She throws away a cardboard cutout of herself reveling herself the thinner Grace) A lot has happened since junior high, and I want to set things straight
Mitch: But I thought
Grace: You thought wrong Bitch! Now I'll bring you to where it all happened (they follow her outside towards the forest)
