Want to sketch you

As you are- so fast

Asleep and dreaming

But if I leave your

Side I may disturb

The most serene scene

I will ever see

Just a moment I want

To share with no one

Else but you,

My arms holding you

Holding me

I’ll never let you

Go, you’re such a part of

Me

And if the time

Arrives when you awake

And say to me "let go"

I’ll do it but

Halfheartedly, cut

Down to the heart of me-

Soul will break
