                        The Old Familiar Faces
I have had playmates,I have had companions,
In my days of childhood,in y joyful school days
All,all are gone,the old familiar faces.
I have been laughing I have been carousing,
Drinking late,sitting late,wih my bosom cronies,
All,all are gone,the old familiar faces,
I loved a love once,fairest among women:
Closed are her doors to me,I must not see her-
All,all are gone the old familiar faces.
I have a freind,a kinder friend has no man,
Like an ingrate,I left my friend abruptly,
Left him to muse on  the old familiar faces.
Ghost like I paced round the haunts of my childhood,
Earth seemed a desert I was bound to traverse,
Seeking to find all the old familiar faces.
friend of my bosom,thou more than a brother,
Why were thou not  born in my fathers dwelling?
So might we talk of the old familiar faces.
How sone they have died,and some they have left me:all are departed;
All,all are gone,the old familiar faces.

CHARLES LAMB
        Onward, Christian soldiers,  Marching as to war,
          With the Cross of Jesus Going on before.
          Christ the royal Master Leads against the foe;
           Forward into battle, See, his banners go!
          Onward, Christian soldiers,  Marching as to war,
          With the Cross of Jesus  Going on before.
          At the sign of triumph Satan's legions flee;
          On then, Christian soldiers,  On to victory.
          Hell's foundations quiver  At the shout of praise;
          Brothers, lift your voices, Loud your anthems raise.
          Like a mighty army Moves the Church of God;
          Brothers, we are treading  Where the Saints have trod;
          We are not divided,  All one body we,
          One in hope and doctrine  One in charity:
       Crowns and thorns may perish, Kingdoms rise and wane,
           But the Church of Jesus Constant will remain;
          Gates of hell can never 'Gainst that Church prevail;
          We have Christ's own promise, And that cannot fail.
          Onward, then, ye people, Join our happy throng,
           Blend with ours your voices  In the triumph song;
          Glory, laud and honour  Unto Christ the King;
          This through countless ages Men and Angels sing.
          Onward, Christian soldiers,  Marching as to war,
           With the Cross of Jesus Going on before.
BINKIE
              Before Sleeping
Mathew,Mark,Luke and John,
Bless this bed that I lie on,
Four corners to my bed,
Four angels round my head,
One at head,and one at feet!

and two too guard my soul asleep!
