* the wait is over, Let The Battle Begin! Finally, the two greatest horror legends come together and face off in a no-holds-barred match that rocked the dream world and the real world. this movie had all the elements of the Nightmare series and the Friday line. I thank whatever forces were at work here for the long wait because if this movie would have been made long ago, Ronny Yu would not have been attached. he did a superb job with this movie. i felt for Jason and i actually started cheering him on. Freddy was an asshole! He was Evil! He finally went back to his roots.
Just when I thought the movie was over and the fight was going to end i was pulled back in. i kept thinking: " how would they kill each other? They can't die!" this movie was definatly worth the very long and drawn out wait.
I just saw this movie for the third time. This time I went with Amy. She jumped at parts..hehe..but, to be fair, I jumped too. I know it was not her cup of tea but it really meant alot to me for her to be there. |
