| In order to establish a successful clan we must have rules. However these rules should not exceed the realm of common sense and should any pertian to matters of the clan, they also should not favor one person over another reguardless of rank. Ranks: We have established ranks withen the clan to make sure that the decision making process would be as easy and as beneficial to the clan as possible. Ranks are not a control factor but a way of keeping order no matter how many or few people we have. So we have established the following ranks: IT - In Training: Given to a person we like or see skill in the needs to improve themselves They are Peons in Halo 2. P - Private: Given to a person of skill that needs to improve slightly before they can be in clan matches. They are Peons in Halo 2. S - Seargent: Given to a person of adequet skill who has not been in the clan long enough to become more trusted. They are Members in Halo 2. G - General: given to a person of adequet skill who is known to be wise and trusted enough to handle fairly important decisions. They are staff in Halo 2. CM - Commander: given to a person of adequet skill who is known to be very wise and competent enough to handle important decisions. They are staff in Halo 2. L - Leader: the clan leader, this rank is eighter gained by founding the clan or by being elected a leader by your piers, they should have exceptional skill and be wise enough to handle the most complicated of all decisions. They are Overlords in Halo 2. 7 Simple Rules: 1. Clan Matches - For a clan match to be official, at least one person of a rank of general or higher must be present. you must be able to remember the other clans name, and give me accurate info. about the match if its not going to be recorded on Bungie.net. Be sure to only use the best players available. DO NOT into two squads and play. There will only be 1 squad playing at a time no matter the size. If we loose two clan matches in a row, then we are done for the night no matter what. If we loose four or more in any order then we are done for the night. 2. Recruitment - Only persons of a rank of general or higher can recruit new members. Try to get them to accept the clan invite while they are in the room with you. Be sure the set thier rank appropriately. Please only recruit players who are both cool and skillful. 3. Booting - There will be a three strikes rule in effect. Only Leaders can count the strikes. There will be minor strikes that will reset every month and major stikes that never reset. Keeping up with them mentally should not be a problem. If you get three minor or major strikes, you're booted. 4. Leadership - The clan will have 3 leaders at all times. If a vacancy were to become available in the Leader rank, a vote must be taken between all members to decide the new leaders so that the rule of 3 can be restored. Only persons with a rank of Commander can be elected to leader. 5. Ranks - All promotions are done by word of mouth and shouldn't be done often. One can only promote a person to a rank lower than that of himselft. One cannot promote a person to a rank equal or higher than that of his own. 6. Other clan membership - No member can be in MR and another clan at the same time. Exceptions apply if we no longer play the game the other clan is in. 7. Gayness - We must keep the gayness out of our clan at all costs. If there is a general concensus amoung the all |MR| members and amoung the leaders that there is a dangerous gayness in our clan, then the gay one(s) will be instantly booted and probably be put on our ban list.
