Donnie got on this bird yesterday but it wouldn't come in. Today he

gobbled at his owl hooter before daylight. Donnie setup about 60 yards

down the mtn below the road. The tom gobbled a few times then nothing.

About the time he was thinking what do I do now he heard a cluck cluck

down the hill. He looked and there was the big bird paceing back and

forth about 40 yards from him, the bird had come in silent. He waited

until it turned looking away from him and then he  swang around and

took the shoot. The gobbler flopped down the hill about 100 yards before

he was able to catch up with it. 22Lbs 11 1/2 beard 7/8 spurs.
