| How they Met Piper and Leo met (briefly) before Penny Halliwell passed away ("Prewitched") when Leo bumped into Piper. They took a nice long gaze at each other before they parted ways again. Little did they know that they would meet again a year later at the Halliwell Home when Leo was repairing some things around the house. Piper and Phoebe both had an eye for him, but Piper won out and went out with Leo. Later she finds out that he's a whitelighter and their next few years would be filled with obstacles. |

| The Push Factors There are a numerous number of push factors here. First, there's Leo's bosses, the Elders. There are strick rules for falling in love with a witch and they had to try and improvise, including a secret marriage. After a series of hardships, the Elders granted a marriage. The second obstacle would be their duties since Piper is always busy running the club and kicking demon butt while Leo is either up there or down here. The former third obstacle was when Dan and Piper were dating and Leo had to find some way to get her back. |
