How He Came To Be:
Izzy, like everyone else saw the battle between Parrotmon and Greymon. Later on in season 01, we find out the little secret Izzy kept taunting us with, the fact he was adopted. Even though he somewhat resented his adopted parents for that, he loved them unconditionally. He received the crest of knowledge for a VERY good reason. He is without a doubt the smartest Digidestined there is. And he's sooo cute too...
My Opinions On Izzy:
I absolutely adore Izzy. He's smart, funny when he wants to be, insanely caring and as cute as a button. He's the one that keeps everyone grounded and always thinks about the situation before charging in. He comes up with practically all of the plans that the Digidestined followed through with and even though he left the burden of his adoption hanging over his head the entire 01 season, he never let that get in his way. For that, I love him.
