While on vacation in Vermont, I noticed a waterfall named after my home state, so I just had to visit and leave a letterbox. Texas Falls is a series of small falls cascading through unique rock formations, and is a nice place to relax while stamping into this box.

Directions:

From Hancock, go west on Route 125 about 3 miles, then turn north onto Forest Road 39 for about 1 mile. Park in the designated area on the left to see the falls. For the letterbox, continue another .4 mile on Forest Road 39, going past the picnic pavilion, to where it dead ends and park on the left across from the last picnic table of the picnic area. You can also park by the pavilion and walk on the trail to the last picnic table.

Clues:

Walk to the picnic table and turn left (south). Walk 15 steps on the path, then turn right and walk uphill 6 steps to a small pine tree growing next to a medium tree. The letterbox is between the trees under a rock.
