Chappell Hill is known for its Bluebonnet Festival held every April, but in October it has the Scarecrow Festival, which is just another good excuse to visit this scenic part of Texas. There is also a lot of history around town, including the Masonic Cemetery, which contains members of the Crockett and Travis clans, along with this minibox.

Directions:

From I10, exit north on Hwy 1155 and go through downtown Chappell Hill. Turn left (west) on Hwy 2447 for .2 mile, then right (north) on Old Chappell Hill Road for 1/2 mile to the Masonic Cemetery on the right. Drive through the arch to the north fence and park in a small lot on the left.

Clues:

Walk west along the north fence to where it meets the west fence. Turn left and walk south along this fence for 13 steps to a small bush. The minibox is within its trunks under sticks and leaves. Please replace as described.

NOTE: Always take adequate precautions (such as prodding with a stick and/or wearing gloves) before reaching into dark crevasses and holes in the wild. Before you set out read the waiver of responsibility and disclaimer.
