NIT Silchar has received funds from Govt. of India under Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme.(TEQIP) Cr 3718-IN funded by World Bank Sealed tenders are invited from Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers for supply and installation of PCs under National Competitive Bidding The sale of Tender documents shall commence from 19.09.07 and close on 15.10.2007.
Tender documents containing complete details, specifications, terms and conditions etc. can be obtained from the Store Officer NIT Silchar or may be downloaded from our website http://www.nits.ac.in and http//www.geocities.com/silcharnit. The cost of tender paper (even if down loaded) is Rs. 1000/- to be submitted through D.D. in favour of Director, NIT, Silchar. The last date for submission of Tender documents will be 19.09.2007. A pre-bid conference will be held on 03.10.2007 at 3:00 p.m.

However, EMD for proprietary items may be relaxed. The Institute reserves the right not to purchase all or any of the items.
