January 26, 2005: News: The club is soon to be approved, and will be official in no time. As for now, we have had a few changes to the official rules of the game. Due to cheap ass bitches cheating on certain plays, we have taken away the hated "unforced errors" category of the scorebook. Kevin Watters was excited about this because he had less to write down. From now on, the official rules state that "Eliminations" and "Wins" are the only categories that give points. Eliminations add 1 and Wins add 3. There are penalties which may be given out due to certain situations which will be decided by the game judges (Eliminated Players) using the universal "Finger" which never lies. ...More news will be posted in due time...

February 1st, 2005 News: Alright, no word yet on the officialization of the club yet but we will get it soon. A few changes...we will soon have an official rule book link on the site so that anyone interested in studying up on the rules before they jump into the water to swim with the sharks can do so. Secondly, from now on, any calls that are seriously argued by a player will be given to that game's "Executive Council of Official Calls" (ECOC). This council will consist of the first three (3) players eliminated in that game and the call will be made based on the vote that they take. The majority call will be the call issued. Furthermore, if a player is able to keep David UY! directly behind them for 5 rounds, tht player is awarded another point based on the special UY! Clause in the official rulebook. This will be scored in the Elimination category with a special "U" mark and will appear as "+U" on the weekly scores.

February 2nd, 2005 Ok...A lot of news today. David UY! has officially got himself on the board recording his first point with his beautiful shot knocking out chagnuts today. In addition, "Balls Hard" recorded the first ever actual double fault. We had previously thought that only an idiot like Tom would miss twice in a row but as "Balls Hard" proved today, the double fault rule is IN EFFECT! On a less upbeat note, The Godfather wishes to apoligize to all of his fellow handballers. His behavior today was disrespectful to the game and his fellow players. From now on th devilish clutches of Coach Cal's Lunch B-Ball Game will only be looked at as temptation that takes away from the true lunch calling known as HANDBALL! The Godfather hopes everyone who was relying on him can forgive him and understand that everyone makes mistakes.

February 3rd, 2005 A Historic day is St. Ignatius Handball History! Today the Godfather came back and boy did he come back strong! 9 Eliminations, 2 Wins and a total of 15 points. This was a performance for the record books. He set the record for overal points and eliminations in a single day. The rest of the competition was nowhere near him and 2nd place Rory only came in with 5 points. Although, Rory did however have the first ever UY! Clause Play keeping David UY! in for 5 rounds straight! Another addition to the rules...from now on any disputed calls for a round that are made before the ECOC has been formed shall be presented to the winner and runner-up of the previous round. In the case of a difference of opinions, the tie breaking vote shall go to the crowd at the official table. Stay Tuned...
