The recent 2005 addition involved the 'cut' being filled over to create the 'Manuka Tunnel, with it's impressive portal, and roof over which fresh planting hasn't grown enough to hide it from a distance in March 2006.

Being curved one cannot see the end as one enters so it seems longer than it really is.
