Week 8: Charming the Audience During an Interview

What everyone does wrong or doesn’t know (what all of the internet boards get wrong). Have a conversation, not an interview. How to stand out from the competition.

Week 9: Interview Afterglow

to do after the interview, thank you letter, preparing your references to give to proper information to prospective employers, confirming timing of return phone calls.

Week 10: Negotiating Offer Letters

Why an offer in person / face-to-face is better than a letter, How to negotiate…, You will meet the “yes” person, the “negotiator,” and the “no” person. You will learn how to manage each of these people.

Week 11: 2 Week Notice

Accepting the job, 2 Week Notice (leveraging your new offer with your old company to get a raise, promotion, etc.), and plan for excellence in your current job.

Week 12: Recap/Cleanup Review, Quiz, Certification
