| My name is daniel and I love learning. Well, since my last update, a lot of things have been going down. I've been keeping insanely busy. I'm working the television, radio, newspaper, and yearbook. I anchored the tv on tuesday, I start the radio on monday perhaps, I'm writing, photographing, and working on the layout for the paper, and I'm doing whatever I can for the yearbook. I had a great Labor Day weekend. I spent just about all of my time with my gurl, Rachel. I had a splendid time. Heh heh. I didn't get to make it home today and I'm extremely disappointed about that. I don't even get to make it home this weekend. I'm on duty friday, saturday, and sunday. Although, I was named the Historian for the new Multimedia Lab. I'm pretty happy about that. I think that my extra-curricular activities will most likely be harder than my actual classes. I'm about to start campaigning for Dennis J. Kucinich here on campus, as well. If you are looking for a presidential candidate(hopefully he will get the Democratic ticket) that is well qualified and that really gives a damn about government, moreso than money, then check this guy out. Keep in mind, I'm not a Democrat, but, he would just have the best chance of winning, if he were backed by them. Person, not party. I'm totally stoked about the election too. Anyway, I am out of room as of now. I shall update as my schedule warrants. Take it easy and keep it unreal. -daniel Your jerk misses you. written on 09.03.03 |
My name is daniel and it's early, so bear with me. 20. How did it come to this? How did I manage to live this long? Very surreal. But, it's what I do. I live. And I try to do it well. Heh heh. So, I'm here in my News Writing class, typing away on the computer because the instructor simply does not care. A total waste of my time. I may be about to go and read the news, over at the TV studio. In related news, I am the Historian for the new Multimedia Lab. Also in related news, I may end up being the Historian for the Society of Professional Journalists. Hoo-ray for me. I am staying pretty damn active. I do like it that way. But, anyway, it is my birthday, but I'll be busy until about 11 this evening probably, if I'm lucky. I've got way too much shit to do today. When one hits this age, they stop getting cool stuff for birthdays and x-mas. That sucks. My grandma is going to start buying me shirts for gifts. Ugh. I could do without that. Basically, one-fourth of my life is gone. This is just a rough estimate, but, somewhat accurate. Maybe the next fourth with be just at excellent. It's been a great ride, being a teenager. Good music, good friends, good food, good ladies, good knowledge, good life. 99.9% of it has been good and I can't imagine that this number will change for the next twenty. I look forward to it very much. Thanks to everyone that has made me who I am, at twenty. I love you all. Well, I am out of room, so, take it easy and keep it unreal. -daniel written on 09.09.03 |
