1 point per 10 yards rushing/receiving
6 points per touchdown (any type)
2 points for a 2-point conversion
1 point per reception
-2 points per interception
-1 point for a fumble lost
 
KICKER (Keeper League)

3 points for a field goal up to 39 yards 
4 points for a field goal between 40 and 49 yards 
5 points for a field goal 50 yards and up 
1 point per extra point 
2 points for a 2-point conversion
-1 point for missed extra point
-2 points for missed field goal 30 yards or less

DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS (Keeper League)

6 points for a touchdown (interception, fumble recovery run back, kickoff/punt return) 
1 point per sack 
2 points per interception 
2 points per fumble recovery where a change of possession occurs
5 points per safety  
5 bonus points for holding opposition under 200 total yards on offense (passing + rushing)
5 bonus points for a shutout of opposing offense
   (does not include scoring by opposing defense)
-1 point for allowing a 4th down conversion    
1 point per forced fumble    

DEFENSIVE PLAYERS (FOR IDP ONLY)

1 point per tackle or assist
4 points per sack or 2 points per 1/2 sack
3 points per fumble recovery where a change of possession occurs
5 points per interception
6 points per touchdown
2 points per safety
1 point per pass defended
